Tamper-evidence and seal integrity — guests should know it is unused.

A small 50 ml bottle of premium-feel sanitiser costs significantly more per millilitre than a 5 L bulk refill — that is the amenity tier maths working as expected.

Safety and fire regulation

Bulk alcohol-based sanitiser storage in hospitality requires:

Compliance with local fire codes — some jurisdictions limit bulk storage volume in occupied buildings.
